Our main campus at Tabor Crossing in Longmeadow is one of only five accredited continuing care communities in Massachusetts.  We offer a lifestyle second to none, plus easy on-site access to health care and support services should you need them.  Our team includes licensed nursing and social services staff - available 24/7 - to provide health care coordination, medication management, personal care, wellness programs, and response to emergency situations.

We strive to provide the services you need in the place you call home - even if that's not at our campus.  Glenmeadow at Home, offered through our Community Services division, provides a full range of services throughout the area - whether you live in a house in Springfield, a senior housing development in East Longmeadow, or a nursing home in Agawam.
