Fees for Assisted Living
Glenmeadow offers you more than our competitors, with inclusive pricing that provides all the support you need without additional charges for different levels of care. We also do not charge an Application Fee, Entrance Fee, or Community Fee for services in the Chestnut Knoll Assisted Living Wing.
Monthly Service Fee
The monthly fee for assisted living covers the meal program, medication management, licensed nursing coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, up to one hour per day of personal assistance, weekly housekeeping and personal laundry service, yearly heavy cleaning, maintenance of your apartment and common areas, cable television, scheduled transportation, 24-hour security, all utilities, and a full schedule of recreational and social activities. A second person monthly fee is charged when two people are living in the same apartment. It covers the additional cost of meals, utilities, maid service, and assisted living services.
In 2011, the Monthly Service Fees range from $5,248 - $6,369. The second person monthly fee is $1,679. Assisted living services are generally reimbursable through long-term care insurance. Since plans vary, please check with your insurance provider for reimbursement guidelines.
