Joe Pandolfini
Director of Dining Services
Joe has been at Glenmeadow only since 2007, but has worked in dining services for nearly two decades. He studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University, and has worked in everything from "mom and pop" restaurants to fine-dining establishments to large hotels and conference resort centers.
He was working at the Delaney House when he was recruited by Glenmeadow. Always on the lookout for new experiences, Joe decided to try yet another type of dining-services position.
Joe has been married close to five years, has two children, and enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, and bass fishing.
