Linda Cove
Glenmeadow at Home Coordinator
Linda, a West Springfield native, graduated from the University of Phoenix with an Associates degree in Criminal Justice. She started her career in human services more than twenty years ago as a homemaker with an area homecare agency and eventually became a scheduler for that company.
Linda has been at Glenmeadow for over seven years as the Scheduling Coordinator for Glenmeadow at Home. She enjoys the challenge of her job: trying to keep everyone happy and filling all their needs. She loves the teamwork at Glenmeadow and that everyone goes above and beyond to make the seniors' lives easier and make sure they are cared for.
"It's just extremely gratifying to be able to help people," said Cove. She once helped a woman who was overwhelmed with the process of getting things ready to move to Glenmeadow. "We helped her pack, but mostly we listened and let her share her fears about leaving her home. She didn't have any family nearby, and she really needed someone to hold her hand through the process."
Linda lives in Feeding Hills with her husband and teenage son. She has a daughter in her twenties who is married with a child of her own. She has three dogs, two Pugs and a Pyrenees mix, and is a soft touch for any stray in search of a home. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, going to the beach, and bargain shopping. She also likes to buy and sell items on eBay and Craigslist and is a self-proclaimed Dunkin Donuts coffee addict.
